It involves confirming the dates of employment for each employer listed and verifying the positions held as listed by the candidate, allowing you to validate the candidate’s claims about their past roles and responsibilities. Our extensive in-house language capabilities mean we can conduct English, French, Spanish and Portuguese checks.
In Canada, the United States, and Australia, employers can confirm a candidate’s dates of employment and the job titles or positions held. In the United Kingdom, employers can confirm the dates of employment and the job titles or positions held, plus details of any disqualifications in a Directorship Check.
All that’s needed is the candidate’s name and email or phone number to start the verification. Candidates will be asked to supply employment details, and potentially, proof of employment.
The process for the candidate is simple. Here’s how it works:
