Within the income verification report, clients will be able to view the following:

Applicants will be required to provide the following information in order to run the income verification check:
- Legal name (including any prior names)
- Address history
- Consent form
- Banking login credentials
The majority of Income verification checks can be completed within 5 minutes of an applicant submitting their information.
Income verification checks are currently available to clients with the permissible purpose of Property Management and Tenancy. Current coverage is limited to Canadian and US based banking institutions.
