Move beyond point-in-time candidate screening
Continuous Monitoring automatically re-checks your workforce’s background check results after they’re hired — flagging risk changes the moment they happen, across every check you enrol.

Trusted by over 20,000 companies, globally.
Smart automation designed for your compliance team
From enrolment to renewal, the entire process runs automatically, so your team only steps in when something actually needs attention.
Add eligible employees to monitoring right from the decision stage, or in bulk from the Continuous Monitoring dashboard. No new system, no re-entering information.
Certn re-verifies each enrolled check on schedule and appends any change straight to the original case — automatically.
Your team gets an instant email alert, plus advance warning ahead of key dates like upcoming expiries. Renew coverage with one click when the period ends.
Modular workforce risk management framework
