A Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) Check involves searching trusted global enforcement sources & open sources across the web to establish whether an individual is listed as a politically exposed person.

A Public Legal Records Check reviews official government sources and publicly available databases to identify an individual’s involvement in legal, regulatory or administrative proceedings.
