An employment check verifies that a person has the job experience they claim to have to ensure the safety of your workforce and uphold your company’s reputation.
All that’s needed is the candidate’s name and email or phone number to start an employment check. Though, the candidate will have to consent to the background screening before we begin (as with all background screening).
Once a verification request is submitted, candidates are sent an invite via SMS to consent to share their data via HMRC, Payroll, and Open Banking. The data is then pulled, analysed, and combined into a report that’s shared with you in your client dashboard along with the other background check results.
It typically takes end-users two to five minutes to share their employment and/or income information from HMRC, Payroll, and Open Banking data sources using our partner, Konfir.
