In the UK, all employers are legally required to run Right to Work checks. Historically, these checks had to be completed manually and in person, but the UK government now allows for a more digital process. Our check fulfills the legal Right to Work requirement using a convenient online process that saves you and your candidate time.
To complete this check, the candidate must have either a British passport or an Irish passport (or Irish passport card). Employers must keep evidence of this check on file throughout the person’s employment to meet legal obligations.
