There will be no changes to your service, contract or log in details. Bank account name, however, will change to “Certn (UK) Ltd” for 21st August 2024. Check your emails to find out what to do and when.
Will there be any changes to VAT number, company registration number, or bank account details?
No, VAT number, company registration number or bank account number will remain the same. Bank account name, however, will change to “Certn (UK) Ltd”.
Will there be any changes to my contracts?
No. Our business and legal entity structure are not changing, as this is only a name change. All contracts, agreements, and obligations remain unaffected.
May I have a formal letter about this change?
If you require a formal notice for your records, this will be distributed to all clients via email on 21st August 2024.
